- Financial Arrangements: All applicants must be prepared to discuss and arrange payment terms. We accept life-right purchases and rental arrangements.
- Compliance: Residents must comply with Somerset Place Society policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Conduct Standards: Somerset Place Society maintains zero-tolerance for misconduct, abuse, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to decline any applicant or terminate residency if conduct standards are not met.
- Privacy: Your personal information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details without consent.
- Community Standards: Residents agree to respect the wellbeing and rights of other residents, staff, and visitors.
- Assessment Fee: There may be a non-refundable assessment or administration fee associated with the full application process.
- Withdrawal: You may withdraw your application at any time by notifying Somerset Place Society in writing.
